We build AI on top of the systems you already run, without switching platforms — client records, telephony and document flow stay where they are. Not promises — terms you can read. Step 1: a free express audit in 2–3 days, a document describing what we saw, what we propose and a link to a similar case, with no payment or obligation. Step 2: 50% upfront, the rest after the milestone is delivered and closing documents are signed; larger projects split into more steps. Step 3: hard scope fixed in the contract, with anything new handled as an addendum.

Can I see the code and get the sources?

At the end of every stage you receive the full source code and the technical documentation needed to support it. How is data protected, and where do the servers live (152-FZ)?

For manufacturers and agricultural businesses, security is the first filter anything has to pass. Every solution is designed against the requirements of 152-FZ, the Russian personal data law. Systems are deployed either on the client's own servers (on-premise) or inside a protected Russian cloud perimeter — VPS in Russian data centres, Docker, an isolated environment. Equipment manufacturer (130 reps): the RAG assistant and call analytics run on servers inside Russia, with no Western clouds. Dairy farm: the CV stack (EfficientNet-B1, ByteTrack, YOLOv11, RTMPose) runs on an NVIDIA Jetson Orin NX on site, processing video locally without an internet connection.

It depends on the scope. Recon delivers an analytical document with priorities and an estimate of the effect in 1–2 weeks. Pilot puts one process end to end into production in 1–2 months.
